Overloaded incompatible EFL technology - the cause of Mass Jump Gate Blackouts?

The entire Sirius and Gallia sectors were shocked when jump gates stopped working for prolonged periods. Our independent investigators have finally uncovered the cause behind the blackouts: the EFL.
It all began when Rheinland betrayed the entire Sirius sector, and disgraced the memory of those lost on Leeds by embracing the former Royalists that are now running Gallia without even a hint of remorse or any attempts at reparations paid for their past crimes.
EFL Lanes showing clear signs of mass overload
The two regimes fit like a glove together - born not out of ideology or beliefs, but out of pure opportunism and greed. The ideological opposites of the Federalists and Imperialists formed the corrupt Frankenstein they now call the Unified House of Rheinland, riddled with corruption and designed to benefit only the nobility and wealthy former Federalist elites who ran Rheinland with their incompetent and easy-to-control Emperor Frederick von Albrecht as their symbol. The military elites of former Royalists and Confederates who have abandoned their king and democracy respectively to usurp power over Gallia through military oppression for their own gain.
It was the doing of their greed that allowed the EFL, without proper thought given to different standards used for centuries between Sirius and Gallia, to expand the Gallic trade lane and jump gate network to Rheinland. Anyone can see for themselves when they use a trade lane designed by the EFL since their lanes were introduced to Rheinland and Sigma-15 - a blue, everpresent and blinding glow is a clear sign of the overloading of the network. There is no doubt after our investigation, the connecting of the incompatible network and subsequent overloads caused the mass Jump Gate blackout of 831 and the following issues.
Whether the greedy stakeholders of Sirius will continue to work with the opportunistic Gallic Union and their EFL puppet corporation and keep threatening the very fate of both sectors is to be seen.
