Due to Orbital's good economic relations with the Empire of Kusari and your stated intention of not utilizing but only having a Jump Drive system integrated on the named "Bustard"-class, the Ministry settled not to issue a fee for a Jump Drive license. Your vessel will be placed on the list, however a mark will be made that this vessel is only permitted to transit, not generally make use of the Jump Drive system within Kusari space. Emergency jumps are permitted, however.
Additionally, the well-known operation mode of Orbital Spa & Cruise renders an additional approval seeking by the Naval Forces an unrequired bureaucratic burden for both sides.
