Bug: Bundschuh is hostile to FA since the FA / LWB merge

Reproduction Steps:

• Be a Bundschuh
  
• Look at rep sheet
  
• Be sad
  

So, when the LWB and the Farmer's Alliance were merged, the rep sheet was not adjusted so the FA was hostile to the Bundschuh despite, technically, being a neutral-friendly faction. I don't know if the factions are still merged, since there IS an LWB reputation in the sheet.

So there are two ways of fixing this

a) Return all former LWB bases, like Darmstadt Depot in Dresden, back to the LWB IFF - Problem solved

b) Put Farmer's Alliance on the same rep level as LWB.

This change needs to happen ASAP as it forfeits the Bundschuh's ability to dock with bases it really should be able to. Thanks

This problem is likely to be solved with the planned split of the LWB from the FA that is still pending. It is being set up to happen pretty soon, though we obviously don't have anything specific yet.
