I cannot speak for the Corse, but the reason why the Hogosha have law enforcement lines is to enable a reflection of their shaddy business as gameplay part.
They don't like you? You are a bit too cocky? You're a dirty foreigner who gave them the wrong look? Better prepare to be "legally" pirated or shot for it in Kusari or face them accidentally slipping the "correct" information to the authorities.

It's practically tolerated-when-not-seen policing. If spotted by lawfuls, they generally get a slap on the wrists or straight out face the same consequences as a law violator (ofc dependent on circumstances. e. g. catching and pinning down a Cardamine smuggler would not get them into trouble obviously.)

It enables Hogosha to act as the quite xenophobic and nationalist entity they are by enabling abusal of laws (within the limitations provided by the laws and server rules). The Ku Laws were written with giving Hogosha / xenophobic and nationalist lawfuls means to actually bully foreigners in mind since a few years.

This is what I felt like all this time, but exactly how it should be for the ruthless Corsicans. This is a very well done approach / post. Just exchange xenophobic and nationalistic with ruthless and opportunistic and you got corse.

If you check gallic wrecks, Corse pretends to be friends with all, while they stab in the back and murder their closest allies if it suits them after helping them - this actually allows for fun stuff like corse providing a friendly escort to Brigands and then killing and robbing them in a nebula using the law lines. The whole issue we had with this in practice is the whole "FR5 Gone sexual" rp consequences - "oh no they impostors enforcing laws" but slaps on the wrist/toleration would make sense. Gallic laws want to go the way of strong long list of restrictions but low consequences besides fines etc.

Hogosha should definately take a slot. They have votes during the Elections in Kusari so we can take give them a slot? Also there is none Official Hogosha Factions and not much Unofficial (<|> and >|<)

That is the idea, that these factions that use laws have reasons to go official and have a word in the house, and their lore is in sync + more visible.

As a slight correction as well as wishing for an addition, The Unione Corse and the Gallic Union has a specific line in the laws, the in the laws previously (therefore more than a year), and considering its status as an Independent World (note the lack of battleship like there was before), Provence is a sort of resort station, with Planet Marseille being a beautiful system, has a racetrack, and has the Mer Méditerranéée.

I hope that, the Unione Corse, will benefit from its status as both a, additional police force, and an independent system, and in the near-future, a real government, like Natio.

It definitely makes a certain kind of sense given how InRp both of those organizations are Highly influential within their respective houses.

Yes, for, once again I'll take Corse as an example,,they have a planet, a POB, Trade Lanes and Jump Games whom are Corse, the Freeport is full of Corsican agents, Monaco Base, is the heart of the Corse and used for experimentations as well. They are also capable of enforcing the laws (which falls under piracy until I ask for this to be fixed via a perk)... (Nox is illegal) - They have. Luxury Liner, gunboats and all two sides of the underworld would nominally assist them if in trouble became they control most of the black market - including Nox... emergent in Sirius after zMalra'a

There's a racetrack, inforum there is a news channel, after Malta's blunder
