Application for special license in Liberty Space

--------------------------- INTRODUCTION ---------------------------

Due to the interest from individuals and groups wishing to carry restricted cargo or use restricted ships within the Republic of Liberty, we have decided to introduce a licensing procedure for individuals or groups who are on friendly terms with Liberty Navy and Liberty Police.

In order to obtain license in the Republic of Liberty, it is required that the owner of such cargo or ship step forward with concrete evidence to prove that they should be granted exemption to laws for restricted or banned cargo or that them flying otherwise illegal ships benefit the Republic in some way.

It is the responsibility of all license owners themselves with The Laws of Liberty and ensure full compliance at all times.
