Type: Ship Related (Components)
Bug: Damaged Components after dock (Possibly relog too) cause bonus hull damage, can cause ship death.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Have a damaged component, or several. Note down how many bars you have of HP
  
• Step 2 Dock on a base, without auto repair on/without repairing.
  
• Step 3 Launch, listen for the "Component damage" sound, and notice your HP is lower than when you docked.
  

Additional Information: Have not tested with relog / server crashing instances, but id assume its the same because its re-loading the ship.

Yes, fuses fire again on undock/login back into space. Just how the game works. Afraid this isn't fixable.

sounds like a surprise feature for me. I wouldn't want to take off on a ship with chunks missing!
