SENDER: Adam Linhardt, Vorsitzender, SEO
RECIPIENT: Ministry of Economic Development, Rheinland
LOCATION: Eupen Handelsplatz, New Berlin
SUBJECT: Special authorization for restricted vessel licensing
ENCRYPTION: High

Guten Tag to the Ministry of Economic Development.

Due to large-scale changes at Sirius Entrsorgung, it is now necessary for us to seek a number of licenses to continue to effectively operate in Rheinland space. The first of these licenses touches upon the usage of restricted technology manufactured by unlawful groups. With facilities for the construction and maintenance of the "Golem" ALG heavy mover hereby closed to my organization, I would prefer to henceforth use the "Pitbull" Pirate Train for future waste disposal operations.

I believe our bona-fides to be above reproach in Rheinland, but I will nonetheless provide any specific information you require reagrding this application. I can assure you that my engineers have been working around the clock to ensure the safety and efficiency of the Pitbull model for hauling toxic waste and other dangerous industrial byproducts. These reports will be shared in turn with our partners at Kruger and Daumann, so that their experts can independently assure themselves of the design's validity.

Additional information (Recommendations, documented cases of assisting Rheinland, similar):
  • Completed clean-up projects in Rheinland.

  • Acquisition of Golem-class vessels for Daumann
  • Other details available upon request

Herr Linhardt,
The Ministry is aware of the work Sirius Entsorgung has accomplished for the benefit of Rheinland. We hope that you will continue to offer your services to our organizations, and remain within the bounds of the law while doing so. Therefore, your request is approved.

Greetings Rheinland special authorization office. I am a freelancer by the name of Mark Kidd, recently I had the privilege (or sorts) to encounter one of your special agents after an engagement they had with a red hessians fleet. They seemed to take notice of my vessel after and proceeded to inform me that having such vessel violated one of the laws of Rheinland. article §2.3.3. I believe. I of course being a freelancer would rather not volute the laws of a House but at the same time am not in a finical position to replace my ship.

The vessel in question is an old inquisitor gunboat that I purchased off a Junker after he managed to salvage one from Vespucci after the fall of the insurgency. Given that the designs of the ship has made it onto the black market the ship has now been designated as a "criminal ship". Yet given that I purchased my ship from a Junker I might make the argument that this ship's constructers are no longer an organization and that it was soled by a Junker that is now flown by a freelancer that Rheinland might allow my ship to pass through Rheinland space.

Herr Kidd,

Your legal arguments notwithstanding, the Ministry of Defense has not received sufficient evidence of the conduct during your prior operations within Rheinland space. Frau Lechner states that it is also unclear what benefit such a license would provide to Rheinland, considering existing security guarantees. Therefore, your application is denied.
You are recommended to reach out to military and MND representatives to facilitate future requests of this kind.

Kind regards,
Susanne Huber
