Hi,
I have a big problem since i installed discovery freelancer 4.88.1. I cant connect on any server. i followed every step and i reinstalled 4 times but still doesnt want to connect. I ve already disabled firewall, ipv6, windows defender , installed netframework 4.0 and updated DSlauncher but nothig happened.
If you can help me plz

After the new update I have to reinstall the game every two hours ,because it starts to lagg.What is happened?

I did a fresh install for the new update, and the I clicked on discovery freelancer to go to the launch game but it didn't load to that when I clicked Discovery freelancer it says this "This application failed to intialise properly (0xc0000135). What do I do ?

Hi guys,

I'm getting a little frustrated with the game. I've updated to Discovery 4.88.1 and was playing it happily for the last week or so. Today when I try to start the game the launcher tells me "Error Code: L02 Could not start Freelancer.exe Additional Informations: Access denied". I tried starting vanilla and it crashes to the desktop. Any ideas? I looked up0 the L02 code and it's supposed to be firewall and/or antivirus related but I can't find the issue. My firewall and antivirus (AVAST) both have an exception for Freelancer. Help!

Reinstall both vanilla and Discovery. Fixes the problem 90% of the time.
Run as Administrator perhaps too.

I must be in the 10% then. I've unintstalled and reinstalled, made sure I had everything set to run as Administrator and still no joy.

Try also to add an exception in Firewall/antivirus for "DSAce.dll" file (located in "..\4.88.1\Discovery Freelancer 4.88.1\EXE" folder)

For single player crashes, make sure you delete all savegames (located in "..\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer") then it will work perfectly.
