Usually easy-going, optimistic and extroverted. Approaches foreigners with an almost unhealthy amount of openness. Being chatty, his eagerness for communication has sometimes resulted in tricky situations where he should've just stayed quiet.

Despite the urge for casual communication, Hans builds up trust slowly and with caution. Indication for backstabs in the past. Loyal towards the ones he considers truly trustworthy. Has a small, but well-tended circle of friends across Sirius.

While having a disciplined and tidy working morale, more or less lazy when it comes to private tasks. Seems to take life off-duty far less serious.

Tries to avoid confrontation and escalation whenever possible. If diplomacy fails, he prefers to stay down. Despite trained in basic military tactics and combat during conscription, he remains a pacifist in almost any situation. Although this does not mean he won't speak his mind, or show his teeth in precarious situations.

Since he tries to treat his peers with common decency and a certain amount of tolerance, he also expects this attitude to a certain degree from them. Tries to be as emphatic as possible within moral boundaries. Follows the motto "live and let live!"

For research or treatment of patients, the Doctor is personally at the helm of things, of course.

795-807: Elementary School, later Highschool.

Early 807: Graduated Highschool. Applied for the Medical University of Stuttgart. Denied due to inadequate grades. Several internships and training with emphasis on medicine follow.

End of 807: Military conscription for two years. Basic combat medic training. Lost right hand and wrist while his unit was tasked with raiding a syndicate warehouse on New Berlin. Honorable discharge after surgery and rehab.

808-810: Once again applying for university, this time on New Berlin. Studies Applied Genetics at Peter-Paul University.

Mid 810: Exiled for organizing a student demonstration against Kanzler Rheinhart's politics. Seeks asylum in Britonia. Refugee status granted; relocated to Planet Cambridge.

810-816: Continues and finishes studies at the Cambridge Research Institute. First scientific assistant, later lecturer. Discontinues academic way, starts accepting publicly advertised research requests.

816-823: Freelancing scientist. Payments after the first successful projects grant him the funds required to expand on his abilities to fullfill more complex proposals. Further down the line, a couple of shared patents from partaken research groups for various inventions and discoveries provide a constant source of revenue. With his grandparent's heritage, support from his parents and siblings, and own savings, Goeben bought an old Geisha-class liner to fullfill his childhood dream of being a true spacefaring Freelancer. Starts independent exploration. Appears everywhere in Sirius over the months and years of his travel. Works for anyone who pays for his services and partakes in various international scientific groups, furthering his funds and knowledge. Gets involved in numerous factions and gathers quite a colorful collection of contacts across space. First contact with Nomads in Omicron Delta in 819. During most of the year 820, virtually no registered activity across Sirius, except around Dublin and Leeds. Rumor has that he spent a long time on Planet Gaia for reasons unknown. By the start of 821, he was frequently seen in New York and other Houses once more. Existing medical record of disproved Nomad infestation or indoctrination.

823-Mid 824: Rehabilitated status in Rheinland, returns to family estate. Lives off small fortune amassed over the years.

824-825: After taking back to the stars, he was employed by Ingenuus Research Group as the Director of the biology department.

Early 825: Termination of employment due to conflicts with coworkers. Continues freelancing once more.

825: Holds one of the leading roles in the Sol Project. Project fails, resulting in dire monetary consequences.

825-829: Keeps a low profile on Stuttgart while paying off debts and waiting for things to calm down.

829-today: Resurfaced again. Searches for old contacts and friends. Recently hired by Doc Holliday as a molecular therapist and genetic researcher in MedForce Enterprise. In order to fullfill his duties and to provide medical support, he is roaming Sirius again. Although now under contract, he is seen in remote places and in the presence of all sorts of individuals during his free time, inbetween supply runs for MFE or when supposedly working remotely on projects...does Doc Holliday know about this?
