Just RP. Though the Mining Drone actually has some mining slots on it, 3 of them. Regular miners are better.

I believe you may find them on Detroit or on a station near it, in New York.

All 3 Drones can be purchased in Texas at Beumont base (junker owned).

The drones can be bought on both stations. They do show up in FLStat: Maintenance Drone, Mining Drone, Scanner Drone

The drones are pretty cute ngl.
Someone mentioned commands, but I guess that would only work for NPC drones, not ones players can fly.
Well I mean you can give inRP commands in chat to a buddy flying one, but that is something else.
