Originally designed as the Junker's Congress Capitol, San Juan now serves as a Research and Development center. The station remains hidden from prying eyes via positioning deep inside the radiation rings around the Puerto Rican Rift. It is now mainly used for study of the Puerto Rican Rift.
Known only to a very select few, San Juan houses a state of the art scientific research facility. It is here that some of the best minds focus on studying the Puerto Rican Rift. Who knows what secrets may be stored within.
Docking Rights: Restricted to Junkers Congress vessels. Research vessels are permitted docking rights via the following template. Only factions/vessels that know about the station are permitted to apply. //IE - You must know about the station iRP. We will leave this to your imagination as to how you obtain this knowledge.

The location of San Juan will never be divulged outside of Junkers Congress tagged ships, or other ships docked on Jan Juan.
All research and technological results must be shared with Junkers Congress scientist. This does not exclude the researching party from utilizing the research/technologies.
Any data collected on the Puerto Rican Rift will remain on station. This data may provide our enemies with strategic information and possible weaknesses. This cannot be allowed.
