The application sent by an administrator or representative of the modular base as a separate communication in Permits & Licenses must be filled according to the template, providing all required materials, such as proof of good reputation (no less than 0.3) with the Gallic Navy, system and purpose of the deployed station, licence length sought after along with a processing fee of 200,000 paid to Gallic.Union bank account.
Each licence request will be open to Gallic Law Enforcement, Corporations and Unione Corse for recommendations, concerns, input and approval where one is required.

Legacy licence holders that have paid less than 10,000,000 credits previously receive a grace period until the end of December 749, after which they are subject to licencing fees. The amount already paid may be used as credit towards new licences at that date, and fees may be lowered to account for the length of service to Gallia.
Official GNI, Gallic Navy factions shall have the right for one of their bases to be exempt from licencing fees at a time.
Provence licencing is under the joint jurisdiction of Official Unione Corse factions' High Command who may seek additional permits and licences from bases located in the system.
