Introduction for applying for your installation;
Article IV of the Laws of Crayter Republic depicts the Republic's view on Modular Stations. This channel will assist prospective station owners in the process of receiving a license to construct a station within Crayter space (Coronado, Tau-44, Tau-31).
The fee for a construction license is 500.000 SC (payable to =CR=Treasury). This is a one-time payment and is non-negotiable. A secondary payment of 3.500.000 must be submitted to the same account as payment for the rent of Crayter space, and is fully negotiable. Prospective base owners may choose to submit the entire fee one-time, or submit the fee over the period of the first month after construction. This secondary payment is tax and interest free, and once it is paid the owner will be free to continue their operations within Crayter space so long as their actions and the actions of their base stay in line with Crayter Law.
The owner of the station has the complete freedom to make any internal modifications to their station so long as it remains in line with Crayter Law. However, the station owner must request permission from the Crayter Military before the construction of any weapons platforms. Once permission is granted, the owner may construct up to four weapons platforms unless otherwise stated by the Crayter Military.
In the event the station's license has been revoked or otherwise removed, the owner is responsible for any personnel and equipment aboard the station should the station be subject to destruction by Crayter Military forces. The owner will be given a 24 grace period before any assault will take place, regardless of the station's interior core level, and must use this time to offload any personnel, cargo or equipment.
All fees must include timestamps to ensure an accurate record.
Base/Installation Application;
Once the prospective base owner has read the applicable areas of the Crayter laws, they may submit a license request form, a template for which has been provided below. You will receive a notification from the Crayter Government once your request has been processed.

Now, to avoid possible confusion, tha base is me private project. Members of [FL-ER] will probably help with buildin' it, but the base is not related to [FL-ER] in any other way.
Mr Brian, we have spoken with Admiral Claire Chandler about your discussion on location and about the two pirate transporters. With the overview of your application we would like to accept your installation into the location discussed with Admiral Chandler. Also with your application you requested for two Pittbull Transports to supply the base which are also approved with it.

To ensure we are closing as many loose ends as possible, we will address you despite the time difference. It appears that the payment for the station was transferred behind closed doors, and a record of such exists between the Military leadership at the time. As such, Gendalough Orbital likely received its license in much the same manner.

Installation purpose: We intend to expand into the western Independent Worlds and potentially Coronado if it proves profitable and cooperation with the CR fruitfull. The installation will serve as an ice drop off point, storage depot and as a shipping base for Tau-bound goods. The installation will receive no weapons platforms and will rely on the substantial law enforcement presence of the CR, Bretonian and Libertonian armed forces, as well as our independent reputation.
Your application has been filed, and your permit for construction will be cleared once the required fees have been submitted to the appropriate account. The initial payment is non-negotiable. The secondary payment, however, can be negotiated with the Minister of Trade, of whom we're aware you are currently in talks with.
