On the disbandment of the border marches

In line with the efforts of the Kingdom to facilitate better relations with our neighboring Great Houses, and, following months of analyzed data regarding the success of the proposed system, the Foreign Office of Bretonia publicly announces that the system of border marches, intent on creating a safer environment within the controlled space outside of the realm, is being indefinitely halted and is to be retracted in favor of closer talks with the Great Houses of Liberty, Kusari and Rheinland respectively.

It is the Foreign Office's wishes to further communicate that Bretonia stands, now more than ever, at a crossroad; the Sirius Sector can choose between the civilized nation of Bretonia or the barbaric, ruthless Molly rebels intent on carving out a state. It is our utmost desire to continue fruitful talks and high-level partnership with our neighbors to coordinate the secure handling of the Dublin Crisis and towards finding a solution regarding it at earliest, such that this wave of sector-wide moves by various insurrectionists fail. The Foreign Office will, within the day, initiate talks with our Rheinland counterparts towards the ratification of prior treaties, discussed before the Dublin Crisis. Official channels with the Kusari Empire and Crayter Republic will also be further used to synchronize military manoeuvres in the Tau region and beyond, but also to rekindle the positive economic relationship.
