Relations:

1. The state of war between the Parties is terminated and peace is established.
   

Status of Hudson system:

1. System is under joint administration of both houses, divided into Libertonian (sectors A-H 1-4) and Rheinland (sectors A-H 5-8) zone. Borderline is set on the border of sectors A4-H4 and A5-H5 with shared zone of 10 kilometers of distance from the borderline inside both exclusive zones.
   
   
2. Planet Atka and area of 15 kilometers around it is considered as part of Liberty zone with exception of planet Atka - Hamburg Jump Gate trade lane.
   
   
3. Both houses are allowed to place one battleship in their zone to serve as base for their patrols. No other military installations are allowed.
   
   
4. Patrols are allowed to patrol only in their respective zone and also in shared zone, applying laws of their house without any interference of opposite house authorities or corporations. Exceptions for entering opposite exclusive zone are case of system-wide emergency call for help or chase of hostile or illegal entity which flew into opposite exclusive zone during pursuit. Restoration of trade relations:

1. The Parties agree to restore mutual economic relations and to terminate economic boycotts and border embargoes directed at each other, including native corporations and manufactured ships.
   
   
2. The Parties retain right to keep general restrictions on cargo which is classified as contraband by local laws, to keep licensing systems which applies to all ships generally without distinction of origin, and to keep laws governing mining rights in their territory.
   
   
3. Native corporations of both houses will be granted access to all public systems and docking rights to all planets under administration of Liberty or Rheinland house authorities.

Treaty Summary

1. The following applies to Liberty Navy, Colonial Republic Military, and Bretonian Armed Forces vessels of all classes
   
2. Complete access to Magellan and Cortez is authorized
   
3. Transit between Magellan and Cortez through either Manchester or California is authorized for all vessels
   
4. Docking at Freeport 4, under Liberty Navy control until the end of the conflict, is authorized. After return to the Independent Miners Guild, docking will be prohibited except under emergency circumstances
   
5. Docking at Planet Curacao is authorized
   
6. Pursuit and apprehension of criminals from respective house territory is authorized in both Magellan and Cortez

2. Free Trade exists between Liberty, Bretonia, and the Colonial Republic. Obstruction to Free Trade is prohibited, and carries a 200,000 credit fine, payable to each government, for a total fine of 600,000 credits.
   
3. Gallic Royal Forces are prohibited from Magellan, Cortez, and a ten kilometer radius from all jump points to those two in adjacent systems. They are to be shot on sight.
   
4. Piracy and Terrorism is also prohibited, and carries a 2,000,000 credit fine, payable to each government, for a total fine of 6,000,000 credits.
   
5. Trafficking counterfeit software is highly illegal - anyone found in possession of such software will be fined 400 credits per unit of software. Half the fine should be sent to the government of Bretonia, the other to Liberty.
   
6. Failure to pay any of the above fines will result in immediate destruction, and banishment from these systems.

2. The ranking officer of either the Liberty Navy, Colonial Republic Military, or Bretonian Armed Forces can combine forces within the Magellan and Cortez systems. The equivalent ranking chart is shown below:
   
   
3. Whilst forces are combined, they are to use the above ranking system and all vessels are considered to be part of NATO (Naval Alliance Treaty Organization). No operations in the partisan interests of the Bretonian, Crayterian, or Libertonian governments can be conducted whilst forces are combined.
   
4. IMG and Orbital Spa and Cruise security assets may be incorporated into the NATO fleet at their own discretion.

Conditions approved by Auxesia:

1. The Inner Phalanx will returned the Libertonian equipment subjugated from the organization last known as the Initiative. Such as; restoration of the Cincinnati's original equipment and return of the Guardian wing that came with the war vessel, along with the Avenger.
   
   
2. Auxesia will disengage with the Liberty forces entirely.
