Can't really say enough words of how much I appreciate this gaming laptop. my 1st ever gaming laptop. Does everything I want; Performance, and the 4K graphics.... WOW, just WOW. I am running Starcraft 2 on Ultra Settings easily on this laptop and all of my games on max settings and it runs it pretty smooth! you can also customize the LED lights around your alienware device. If you have a specific color scheme in mind! or the Rainbow lol you can do it all! I personally chose red :P
the only thing I noticed is that this laptop gets really hot after playing for prolonged periods of time. I mean, if I'm running everything on max settings I can see why it would heat up that much lol. but I easily countered this issue with some after marker Coolers that I would list here as well for your reference;
Overall, I would give this product 5 stars.. I know its a bit pricey in comparison to other laptops but heck I wanted this more for the style (ALIENWARE) lol! and besides, the performance did not disappoint me in any way, in fact I am really pleased with this purchase and will gladly recommend this to anybody looking for a gaming laptop :P

This computer is fast I played gta 5 on it it ran pretty well the only thing that kinda sucks is how fast it heats up but I got a cooling bad and it cools it down 50° it's pretty crazy but I'd recommend this computer it's sorta thick but I got it for gaming
Pros: AlienFX lighting system. The FEEL of the keyboard The build quality of the machine Graphics amplifier 2 M.2 SSD slots GTX 965M is a great card for the average gamer.Almost as fast as a GTX 780M
Cons: Heat.HEAT HEAT.I mean HOT.Keyboard becomes uncomfortable on mine.I would imagine it is crappy thermal paste as most manufactures can't apply thermal paste right. The trackpad is horrible.I mean really bad.To the point that I think that I may have a faulty unit.Skips, won't scroll, etc. The placement of the keyboard.It is weird.Your placement is about a key to the right of what it would be on any other laptop.It is very weird. The palm rest is so much smaller than the old 17 & 18, and your wrists are very near the edge and if you are not careful will dig in. The biggest issue that I have the is the amount of light bleed on the system.This and the trackpad is why I am hitting this machine so hard.The light bleed is the worse that I have ever seen on any system in my life.It is so bad that if you have a black background it looks like an old B&W TFT screen from the 90's.It is horrible.
Debating on returning the system.I will be calling Dell to have them replace the screen on a one day old laptop.
