Holding firmly to anarcho-syndicalist ideals, the Kongsi Syndicate organizes itself horizontally, with decisions voted on by relevant personnel and policy formulated from the ground up.
Recruitment
Whether you've heard about us through a friend of a friend, through a pro-union agitator in your workplace, via our radio show, seeing our propaganda on the neuralnet, or maybe because we rescued you from conditions of slavery, you've now ended up in a disused back office or on an encrypted temporary NN portal.
Whether it's a hastily-printed pamphlet in your hands or an e-form on your holo, you're seriously considering filling it out and sending it in. Maybe your liberation is a job all your own after all.

Thank you for your interest in the Kongsi Syndicate. We hope that by opening up recruitment to all, we can help make Sirius a more engaging place that better reflects the struggles of everyday people in a galaxy dominated by megacorps and deep, convoluted plotlines. At the same time, we want things to be both fun for our players and all those who interact with us, as well as keeping things realistic by reflecting our lore of essentially being a ragtag band with limitations on what we actually do ingame. After all, these constraints can allow more creative RP to grow.
