Hello there Jimmy, long time no see. Yes you have my clearance to access this channel. Just make sure your firewalls are operational, I will provide you with the encryption keys needed also. As for what I ask of you, well you know as well as I do what poses a threat to Liberty. Take it upon yourself to report any unusual activity from strange Navy captain's, Xeno movements and Rheinland fleet movements. That is all.

Mister Barnes,
Your gun cam and recorded data confirms our suspicions. The Outcast have indeed increased their fleet building capacity. This Shipyard you've encountered must have been built to help in their war effort against the Corsairs since we've not witnessed any rise in Outcast Capital ship presence in or around Liberty in the last 6 months. Currently, it is hard to determine if attacking such installation would be worth it.
If we affect the Outcast war effort against the Corsairs, we may get an increase of the Artifact trade in Liberty as the latter may gain an upper hand in the conflict. At first glance, those Artifacts seems comparable to antiques, but they could end up being live weapons like the one Trent used more than a decade ago.
As for the discovery of the black hole. I must say that it is a very interesting phenomenon, In fact, it is the only reported Hole so far in Sirius. Doctor Wilkins may want to investigate on the matter, maybe sending a small wing to escort him would be a good idea. Also, the bases you've discovered are interesting. I didn't think the Outcast to be silly enough to build themselves around a black hole. Although, it is clever tactically since any mass attacks are impossible because of the hole and the field. A capital ship would take days to navigate in there and once at the station, it's speed and lighter mass would make it fall into the Hole.
I will inform Doctor Wilkins of your discoveries and see what he proposes for the R&D.

I was offered to stand in for a trader and do a trade trip to Newcastle with his ship for him. Having noticed that following a discovery by Miss Wolfe there was a mission to explore Newcastle for Nomad infestations I grabbed the opportunity.
The trade took me to Sunderland Research Station. When I approached the station I first noticed that there was a mine field nearby. Then an impressing sight opened: unknown object
The ship computer was unable to identify this large assembly of objects, but to me it looked alien (if not Nomad).
Then I noticed that Sunderland Research Station seemed to be attached to this complex. Sunderland
After docking to the station I made my delivery and checked the available freights at the local trader. inside Sunderland
It showed that there were Artifacts available and also a lot of scientists waiting for transportation.
When leaving the station I quickly tried to check a nearby ship. Battleship Grimbsby
It was the Battleship Grimsby. While I was unable to gather further information on spot, I was told at my next stop at Scarborough Station that this was an Armed Forces vessel.
At Scarborough I took the freight I had been instructed to transport to Norfolk Shipyard. I then decided to make a little detour on my way back and searched the South Eastern part of Newcastle.
There I found a strange place with some Bretonian fighter wrecks and three active Nomad weapon platforms. Nomad weapons platforms
I did not notice anything alive there, no ships, just a lot of scrap. communications satellite
When I then noticed that there were some hazard buoys and an active communications satellite I left as fast as possible, not knowing who would get the information about my presence. I also had to return fast so the trader would not get too suspicious.
Before leaving the system and returning to Liberty space I took down a map of the system as far as it was stored in my ship computer.
The area 1 I marked is the location of Sunderland and the Unknown station and the area 2 marked is the location of the Nomad weapons platform. Newcastle locations
While area 1 might be a place where Bretonia researches old alien technologies, I can't make much of area 2. Maybe area 2 are the remainders of a now destroyed Nomad station, but our LSF scientists surely can make more oft his information.
I then deleted all informaton about my additional explorations from the ship computer, leaving only the usual trade route.
I have to admit, that I searched only a small part of the Newcastle system, so there might be more interesting things to notice.

I revisited Newcastle, this time undercover and with a small ship. I searched the interesting parts I hadn't been able to look at the last time.
To sum it up, I found no additional hints to Nomad activity, area 1 and 2 being the only one.
But I noticed in the area I marked with 3 a large and very dense mine field. I flew round it but found no entrance. Also the field was too dense to enter even with a smaller craft. Newcastle Overview
If the field does not hide something inside it does not make sense as it does not protect any side of a facility, at least not now.
Please tell me if you need any additional intelligence on Newcastle.
Over and out.

Agent Turtle,
First off, I like your disguise it had everyone in my office and personal assistant in stitches. Ok now to the point, while the extra intelligence on the Nomad activity in Newcastle is welcome. However, the Intel section of Special Operations are still analysing the data I recovered originally. No further missions into Newcastle will be authorised unless the High Command say otherwise.
I do have a mission for you though, I need to know the movements of the Rheinland Military fleet and detailed scans of any manufacturing facilities, ie shipyards. Rule of thumb agent (in training), if you get caught.... we have never heard of you. This is a dangerous mission and make sure you have your escape route plotted, if you want it to be safer however... get a civilian ship and do it that way. Report back here when you return. That is all.

I thought about how I could provide some information about Rheinland shipyards and ship movements.
For the beginning I wanted to be cautious and chose to enter Rhineland as one of my covers, an independent trader.
To stay under the radar I began with a trade from Kusari to the Rhineland system Munich.
In Sigma-13 I noticed a jumphole with a name that sounded like a Rhineland name: Luneburg. I entered the Luneburg system from Sigma-13. Luneburg does not feature a lot, only one Bundschuh base. As the Bundschuh reacted hostile to me, I was unable to collect more information on the base. So I left the system as fast as possible. Luneburg system
I then surveyed the whole Munich system. There was the battleship Regensburg which is stationed there on the most important trade lane crossing, but I did not notice other mlitary crafts. Munich system
I was able to enter the battleship. This is the data on it: BS Regensburg
I decided to take up some prisoners there to transport them to the Hamburg system. I hoped this to be a good reason to cross most of Rhineland space.
On my way to Hamburg I had to cross Frankfurt and New Berlin. Still in the Munich system I checked the broadcast channels and noticed that all Rhineland Militaries on the display were said to be located in a system named Braunschweig. This system was not in my ship computer. Hint to Braunschweig system
I continued and reached the Frankfurt system. I enclose a map of this system. Frankfurt system
The next system I reached was New Berlin, the capital of Rhineland. I shivered when I entered the system. When I reached New Berlin Planet I saw the Oder shipyard and quickly entered.
After that I had the data on it in my ship computer. The data showed that Oder shipyard does not produce war ships. Oder shipyard
Then I quickly continued direction Hamburg system. I have to admit, that I did not have the guts to do a full survey of the New Berlin system, I'll try to do that on a later mission. I did not notice Rhineland capital ships moving through the system, though.
When I was flying direction Dortmund Station I noticed on the broadcast channels a broadcast by the LNS-Defiance trying to motivate Rhinelanders to defect. Radio Free Liberty
I then stopped at Dortmund station. All had gone well so far, this made me more optimistic. In the bar I heard that a jumphole to the Braunschweig system was in the vicinity of the station. I did not get the information about the exact location, so I continued direction Hamburg on the trade lane. Suddenly I saw on the radar the jumphole to the Braunschweig system.
I left the trade lane and took the jumphole to the Braunschweig system. When I entered the system I saw some red marks around me and then already heard the first shots pounding the hull of my ship. I instantly pushed a function key to transfer a backup of my ship computer's database to my wrist watch and ran for the escape pod. Seconds later I was floating in space in my escape pod (six seconds after entering the system, my ship had been a wreck), and some dead prisoners were floating in space along with me.
The escape pod was quickly picked up by some ship I could not identify and I soon found myself in an uncomfortable room being asked a lot of questions. I told them that I had heard at Dortmund station that I would be able to get a lot more money for the prisoners in the Braunschweig system than in Vierlande. They questioned me repeatedly and finally released me after two days. I guess they finally bought my story. That is also what I understood when they talked to each other in Rhineland dialect (which I can understand). They even laughed at me, being so greedy to let those Rhinelanders at Dortmund play such a bad joke on me.
They dropped me off at Dortmund station. The insurance refunded me the ship, but not the "cargo". Anyways, I was happy to be still alive.
After restoring the ship database to the new ship, this is all of the information that was left from that incident: Braunschweig system
Probably this is only part of the Braunschweig system. There seems to be at least one battleship stationed there (the Moselle) and at least one station is in the system (Mecklenburg Station).
Still, the BS Moselle is some distance away from the New Berlin Jumphole, and my ship was grilled instantly. The way the shots were pounding my ship, I suspect at least one or two capital ships at the jumphole. BS Moselle Mecklenburg station
I took cargo at Dortmund and instantly took off direction Bretonia. On my way to Bretonia I passed the Stuttgart system and there saw the battleship Karlsruhe which is close to planet Stuttgart: BS Karlsruhe
I noticed that they were selling fighter crafts there.
In Bretonia I found out that no one was interested in the load I had taken in Dortmund, I was able to sell it at battleship Yukon in Califormia later.
Anyhow, this first recognaissance misson to Rhineland ended with a bad surprise for me, I'd say, it was close to disaster. I really have to be more cautious next time when I continue this mission, and also try to prepare more carefully. The mission is more difficult than I thought (although I had been warned). I also am not happy about the fact that I missed the opportunity to survey the New Berlin system while I was not yet suspect.
Meanwhile I did some additional studies and found information which indicates that Braunschweig is a Guard system (Rhineland Military). I should have found out that before I entered. And Luneburg probably is the system of the Bundschuh Guard, so I had been lucky not to encounter any Bundschuh craft there.
Well I hope the next part of my mission to Rhineland will be more successful. But before that I have to build up a new cover, I do not dare to use the same cover again.

She: Some soldiers, I know, are afraid of death.
He: All of them, dear lady, all of them, believe me. It is our duty to live as long as we can, and kill as many of the enemy as we can.
after my last visit of Rheinland space I first had to do some 'homework'. I had my vessel refitted (and renamed to make sure) and also checked the papers and online information of my new cover identity.
While the vessel was refitted I worked as a pilot for a trader I know well; I also had to earn some extra money as the trip to Rhineland had cost me a nice sum (the cargo, the refitting / renaming...).
As my route took me through Rhineland twice I took the opportunity to get more used to the conditions there.
I tried to focus more on the movements of the RM and summarized my observations in this report. I hope this is what you expected.
On the 29th of March I made my second and last trip for the trader. On the way I checked the broadcast channels and the saw some Rheinland Military (RM) ships appearing in Braunschweig. The display showed it was Vizeadmiral Alec Voekl and Feldwebel Duncan Werden. Voekl was moving to New Berlin, the target of my trip, the other to the Hamburg system. I was happy about that because I had decided not to enter any Guard system this time. I hoped to see what the RM was up to in normal Rhineland space.
Then, in the New Berlin system, near Bonn station, right next to the permanently stationed Battleship Strausberg, I saw Vizeadmiral Voelkel's ship. He was flying a Wraith VHF.
I then finished my trade. The broadcast channels showed that the RM ships were moving towards Omega space, Omega-7. A third RM ship, Hauptfeldwebel Henrik Drum, was now in Sigma-13. I picked up cargo for Cambridge and started off towards Bretonia. The RM finally stopped at Omega-3. Also, a fourth RM, Hauptgefreiter Rudolf Steiger appeared in Braunschweig.
When I arrived at Omega-3 I noticed that the Vizeadmiral was dealing with some criminals (I think it was Corsairs), but my attention was drawn away because I myself got robbed by a Corsair pirate.
Knowing that I had no chance with my freighter I had to deal with him. When I had paid the tax to the corsair, he escorted me to the Cambridge jumpgate. Voelkl was still talking to the pirates, when I left the system. I also noticed in the broadcast channels that RM Admiral Malexa Malte was in the Stuttgart system.
Shortly after that Malte, Voelkl, Drum and Steiger were in Omega-7 and a new RM, Kapitaen Friedrich Lang showed up in the Hamburg system. Shortly after that they finished off the pirates in Omega-7.
At that point my contracted trade run was over and I switched to my own ship, which now was ready. I also had checked again all the papers and database entries about my new cover, so I started my next reconnaissance mission to Rhineland. I started off doing a trade from Liberty to Bretonia and then intended one which would take me to Rhineland.
By this time the rest of the still active RM (Malte, Voelkl, Steiger and Werden) had moved to the Stuttgart system.
I continued to Cambridge where I took again cargo for Baden Baden. By this time the Malte, Voelkl, Steiger and Werden had arrived in the New Berlin system. I intended to take cargo for New Berlin in Stuttgart and continued.
Shortly after that I noticed in the Broadcast Channels that Voelkel, Werden and Steiger were in the Bremen system, accompanied by the capital ship RNC Carinthia. While the RNC Carinthia moved to the New Berlin system, the others continued to the New Hampshire and then to the Quebec system!
I sold my cargo in Baden Baden (Stuttgart system). I then saw that Malte was in the system, Voelkel and Steiger in Braunschweig and a new RM, Hauptfeldwebel Otto Weddigen in the Hamburg system. I decided to head for Planet Stuttgart, knowing I could always pick up cargo there.
I was not able to spot Malte on my way to Planet Stuttgart and then on to New London. On my way back (again to Baden Baden) I saw another RM capital ship, the RNC Hansa shown to be in the New Berlin system, Drum in Omega-11 and the rest in the Stuttgart system.
When I came close to Stuttgart, also Malte showed to be in Stuttgart again. After dumping my load in Baden Baden I decided to search the Stuttgart system.
I search some time in the Stuttgart system until (in the Ostnebel) I suddenly saw the four RM on my Radar. It was Drum, Werden and Weddigen and a new ship, the [RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard. I do not know what MND means, but such names usually indicate special purpose ships. But this ship was special, it showed red in my scanner and an affiliation with The Wild! Weddigen also showed red, but he was showing affiliation Military (Guard) only, the others (Werden and Drum) were neutral.
Suddenly everything went very fast. We all were approaching the limit of the Ostnebel nebula, all of us moving with cruise speed. I scanned Eckhard, it was a Wraith VHF, so was the Weddigen ship. Werden told me to leave the area, calling it a Rheinwehr matter, Weddigen told me the same, calling it a classified operation.
I moved on to Planet Stuttgart as fast as possible.
I had supposed they were doing a fight training there, but I was unable to verify this as I had to leave so fast. But the strange fact that one of them had the affiliation of The Wild - a fact that should be impossible for a RM - makes me doubt that this was a simple fight training after all.
As at least two RM had both identified my ship, I continued as fast as possible, taking cargo at Planet Stuttgart and transported it to New London.
I saw on the broadcast channels that they finally moved to the Braunschweig system and when I arrived at California, only one active RM was left.
Do you need the camera shots I took on these occasions? If yes, please tell me if I should communicate them (all?) in this channel or elsewhere.
Well, I suppose I have to change my cover again, but this time this will take longer (if I want to keep my ship).
Please inform me in case you need further reconnaissance on Rhineland this week.
