BASE INFORMATION: Koepchen Depot is a previously refurbished installation that aimed to support the clean-up operation around the former Dortmund station. It aided in efforts to pre-package and pre-process toxic waste, and the development of new pipelines by the R&D division, in cooperation with Wichter station.
Currently, the depot serves as an operating costs experiment for the Karlsruhe clean-up, testing whether it is possible to conduct a waste disposal operation without extensive ongoing funding. Purchase inquiries are welcome, simply contract Vorsitzender Linhardt on the public SEO node. A moving discount will be offered if a potential buyer is unsatisfied with the depot's current position.
The depot is located in orbit of Planet Steinfurt, sector E4/5, Cologne system.

DOCKING RIGHTS: Koepchen Depot is open to all lawful pilots in Rheinland, as well as any foreign corporate vessels on good standing with SEO.
All official foreign military and police vessels must secure docking permission from Herr Linhardt and our own Military.
All groups and individuals engaging in or associating with organized crime, terrorism, or warfare against Rheinland are banned from the station.
ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATOR: The current station administrator is Adam Linhardt, Vorsitzender, SEO. He may rarely be found in his office, conveniently placed in the center of the main concourse. Herr Linhardt is known to perform random inspections and talk to the crew chiefs about their concerns, otherwise working remotely when dealing with clients and company personnel elsewhere in Sirius. He often travels away on business matters on his personal company vessel, the Brassburg.
Note from Vorzitsender Linhardt: All of the above information has been archived in the SEO neural net, and is now a matter of public record.
CLEAN-UP UPDATES: The second batch of 100,000 units of toxic waste has been pre-processed and shipped to Wichter. The station is now in the process of re-structuring, as the contamination has significantly lessened.
COMPETITIVE PRICES: Stockpiles of supplies and repair materiel are being increased. Take a look at the current prices (above market rate!) by talking to the dock master, or entering "shoppingtimebaby" into your neural net interface!
KARLSRUHE CLEAN-UP COMPLETED: The station administration is glad to report that the Karlsruhe site in Cologne is free from significant contamination. Most of the tonnage that passed through the station has been collected by Dirk Hauer and the crew of the Alderhaben. The station served at the manufacturing facility for the last warning beacon attached to the engine core of the Karlsruhe, before it was launched into a far-solar orbit around Cologne. The station is now in the process of restructuring to remove all traces of toxic waste storage.
KOEPCHEN WELCOMES NEW OWNERS: Herr Linhardt's deputy on Koepchen has recently completed all the necessary preparation and registry modifications to transfer the station to its new owners. While this party has chosen to remain anonymous, their professionalism regarding the sale bodes well for the future of the station. All crews and waste disposal staff have been given the option for a short-term contract extension, though many will likely be leaving for the docks of Eupen Handelsplatz, the current SEO headquarters in Rheinland.
