Sender ID: Bo McClow
Age: 24
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: West Point Academy Graduate
Why do want to join the Navy: To make Liberty a better place
Requested Division: Main Fleet
Biography: I come from humble beginnings, on Planet Denver. My parents are civilians. My father was a farmer, while my mother was a bartender. We didn't live lavishly, but they put food on the table for my brothers and me. I planned on following in my father's footsteps, but I realized I wanted more out of life. I worked with Universal Shipping for a few years, to establish some savings, and get some work experience. But ultimately, I realized I had to take a leap of faith and try my hand with the Navy. I applied to West Point a couple of times. I had a hard time getting in. Finally, on my third application cycle, they admitted me.
Training was difficult, but I found that I coped well. I managed to graduate this past July. I'm now looking for my first assignment. I was able to find a mentor in the Navy, Captain Noel Tizona of the 46th Fleet. He has been instrumental in not only teaching me things about the Navy, but life lessons in general. Between my graduation and his guidance, I find myself here, writing this application.

Please Answer these quick questions to make sure you are familiar with Liberty Law.
1.Please name 2 (two) restricted areas in Liberty : Zone-21, NY; Alaska system;
2.Name 4 major big contraband items that are listed in Liberty Law : Cardamine and its derivatives, Artifacts and their other versions, Blackmarket goods, Nox
3.If you spot a ship carrying Naval Equipment (guns) what would you do if their ID is not Navy : If they belong to the LPI or LSF, I will leave them be. If not, I will check this link. Only if the ship is not there, I will demand that they will remove restricted weapons at the nearest stations (I might fine them up to 100,000 if necessary, depending how clueless or abrassive the offending character is).
5.You have stopped a Trader carrying Cardamine, what do you do with this individual and why : I should demand that he will drop all the cargo and pay the fine. However, I am usually less strict with the smugglers so they won't be avoiding me next time (wishful thinking). I'd demand them to pay the fine and escort them out of Liberty with some words as "final warning" and etc.
