On the formation of the Anti-Terrorist Operation Area:
In accordance with the priorities and directives of Her Majesty's Armed Forces and as a response to the Molly movement ramping up efforts in an attempt to break the blockade of the Dublin system, we are hereby announcing that the Cumbria Asteroid Field, respectively the Southampton Debris Fields and an area five clicks around them will become off-limits twenty-four hours after this broadcast, until further notice. With the requisitioning of Thames outpost and repositioning of veteran crews commandeering Crecy-class destroyers in the New London system, the Armed Forces will respond with greater flexibility to any situations that may arise, be they of civilian or military nature.
A corridor will remain opened from Belvedere Refinery to Trafalgar Station for use by civilian vessels however all ships heading in, or out of the Southampton Debris Field corridor will be subjected to detailed scans.
The extension of the blockade to contain these aforementioned fields comes at a time of great need in the Kingdom of Bretonia. To better respond to threats within the Dublin system also, the restricted zones will be corroborated and merged with the present blockade of the Dublin system to form the Anti-Terrorist Operation Area. The ATA will pave the way for the eventual return of Bretonia to the Dublin system, however we strongly advise civilians to nevertheless avoid the general vicinity of the restricted areas due to known Molly and Corsair presence.
In addition to the formation of the Anti-Terrorist Operation Area, Her Majesty's Armed Forces will begin conducting small-scale military forays within the Dublin system in close coordination with the BMM aimed at both disrupting the operations of the Molly movement and recovering Gold for refining and subsequent shipping by our trusted partners abroad.

The Bretonian Armed Forces would like to remind the respected commerce captains traversing Bretonian Space of the on-going blockade operations, namely:
Any ships found within the Dublin system are to be destroyed or boarded and impounded, with the exception of those belonging to the Bretonian Authorities, Bretonian Crown Coporations & Gateway Shipping and Bounty Hunters Guild;
Any ships found within New London's Cumbria and Southampton fields, with the exception of a corridor between Belvedere Refinery and Trafalgar Base, shall have their cargo destroyed or impounded. Exceptions to this law are given to ships belonging to the Bretonian Authorities, Bretonian Crown Corporations & Gateway Shipping and the Bounty Hunters Guild.
On the formation of the Anti-Terrorist Operation Area:
The Admiralty Board of the BAF would like to remind civilian pilots present or inbound to the New London system, once more, that the Dublin system in its entirety, alongside the Cumbria and Southampton fields, with the exception of a passage from Belvedere Refinery to Trafalgar Station, remain under blockade to deter the further arrival of supplies to the Molly movement.
In case of attack by unlawful elements belonging to the Mollys, Corsairs or Gaians, please contact the nearest patrol for immediate assistance. The Armed Forces will deploy an additional four escort wings to the Planet New London - Belvedere Refinery trade lane ahead of the return of the HMS Essex at the Dublin Jump Gate.
