Bug: Independent Crayter ID cannot engage Gallic ships


Additional Information: The independent Crayter ID appears to have lost its "- Can attack Gallic combat ships within the Taus." line. This makes the ID awfully declawed when dealing with their de-facto main enemy government. Given that BAF/KNF/GN still have their Tau lines, I'm assuming that the removal of it from Crayter was an oversight.

Also, given that Coronado itself does not appear to be classified as a Tau, the line should probably be adjusted to include it as well, or perhaps even become Sirius-wide engagement.
