Hey, everybody. An acquaintance of mine is having trouble getting the Discovery mod to run. Gives the following errors. How can this be fixed?

Hello again. That's kinda urgent, he cannot launch the mod at all. I do not know what can be the problem - install is clean(!), he never even launched the Discovery before. Antivirus disabling and admin rights launch does not helps. Please advise.
Obviously, reinstall did not helped.

He might be doing something wrong, can't check it all, but I don't even know what to tell to try.
