For that you must have junkers in the game. The kind that actually used to fly them.
All you have is a snub maniac like me, who likes to hunt AFA, Xenos and so.
Very happy to see you haunting the forums, old friend, fancy being mugged by a junker?
Sticking to the topic: more power to the devs on this, too many people have obscene amounts of credit to spend. A Barge creates interaction and entertainment.

the whole Impulse Speed of 25 will be a right old pain, we'd need another 10 years
Skorak to put them back the way we had them in the first place.

As with any other Ship, you can change the ID, name, loadout as you deem fit.
Just make sure that the ID you swap to is allowed to fly the Ship.
Only the original 8 have some restrictions placed on them.

Whilst I think about it.
It doesn't need to be a restart ship.
The second Barge was sold and an Advanced Train was offered as the ship to be transformed.
When I did the OP I just thought a Restart Ship would be the easiest/cheapest option, as it comes with the required ID, Reps and has a map. Plus you could fly it around, build the Map up before requesting it to be transformed in to a Barge.
