Going to preface this by saying I'm not a moderator / administrator, so I'm commenting purely from the perspective of someone who was in the past and has insight into how things like this are usually processed.

When game server sanctions are issued, the affected person can ask for the evidence. That is generally uncontroversial, and helps the user confirm that the alleged incident did actually occur, and that the staff are interpreting it correctly in context.

What you are not provided with is a copy of the actual report. The report remains anonymous, unless it is literally impossible to preserve anonymity while providing copies of the submitted evidence. That might be the case when the evidence is a YouTube video that is associated with a known user's account.

In a case like this - forum moderation - there would be no additional evidence to provide you with. The reports would have been in relation to a public forum post. That post is the evidence. You know which image the action was in relation to, you've made this thread, and written at length about it.

The reports are effectively immaterial. What actually matters is the rationale for why the moderation occurred, and L1ght has already explained his reasoning to you at length. Whether that rationale is correct is another matter, but it doesn't entitle you to see who reported the post or what they said when they did.

Yes I do remember that night. I admit to take part alongside. I hope I was not hard or rude, well, I don't think I was. However, I think I saw you using it a few years, I was younger, not really mind it. But as I grew older, I slowly realized the person on the picture was looking very young, but I kept again my silence until that night that I said my mind.

I am not really bothered because it was a cosplayer, but more the physical age. I won't lie, I have a picture of a cosplayer for a character after using an anime one because I was a newbe in all this. Anyway, back to the subject, I never read about the civil war in Rheinland because I was still a new player and not really reading posts of x or y. I understand the two points you described. As for the third one, I just said it, but if you find a picture, I can check and give my thoughts on it. As for Felipe, I don't know him well and I mostly thought he was always out, busy and would take ages before you change the picture.

When being "Warned" and no post done in here, how i must react?

1.- If no evidence are done, the evidence staff should provide is how they reach such consideration to be treated as a "Child"
2.- Why no contact via OFFICIAL Channels or at least in my private were done?
3.- Moderating what happen outside "Official Channels" (Discord of Discovery Forums, Game of Freelancer RP 24/7, or the Forums itself are the only OFFICIAL CHANNEL for Discovery Staff to moderate), I belive is a Non-Sense force and no evidence in how my reports were handled, no time to respond or a private message to fix the issue, if i were to have an issue with you i will try contact you, if you don't respond, i will re-try, if no answer is done, i will apply a sanction, but following the measure of "Sanction because i want it" for me is seen as a BIAS or Vendetta, if i were to sanction every player don't follow or forget a rule, even admins would be banned by this time, instead as a player i send a private message about what is wrong with or how can improve, if the issue is in forum i ask privately before reach Staff Members,

If we as users can fix this with only sending a message, trust me, lot of people would not be doing bad things that they belive are good enough

But that also implies the time they spent laboring away at their experience was pretty lengthy. In your case? Let's settle at the fact that your character was indeed between 28-33. She must've really skyrocketed in terms of experience to be able to be a teacher in the way you describe her. Little time spent throughout the ranks so I don't see how she could go around 'teaching' people and expect to be listened to.

Well, I guess it was just how it was handled. I am not a mod and I'd probably do something like you said, dming you saying ''Hey, you picture you are using is quite badly viewed because of X and Y, Do you have the time to change it as soon as possible with something else?'' , but I am not and I won't be one. Too much responsibilities for me and I don't have the time.

I also agree that words can hurt more than a punch or any injury you may think.

On another subject, I have nothing against your RP. Everyone is free to do as they please, but needs some logic according the game settings. But again, it was just the picture and I should have told you about it too.

I have nothing more to add in this matter. Good luck and have fun with your RP. It's all what matters.

2.- Do you know i do more than 98% of KPR| Activity in forums and some 30% of the activity in game? why i would be playing "HOGOSHA" if i see nothing in there?
