My name is Captain Thomas Kosa. I'm a freelancer transport captain and I have plans for a Base I'd like to construct in Kusari's 'toleration district' in Honshu. If I recall correctly everyone who wish to construct a base in Kusari yet has no existing base in Kusari house territory is allowed to do so in Honshu system, in the area bordered by the tradelanes connecting Planet Honshu - Aomori Station - Akita Border Station. Furthermore the Base must be constructed in the same level as the three objects mentioned above.
I and my legal group are not affiliated to any known faction and as such we understand we count as outsiders in Kusari. Therefore I would like to construct the Base in the area mentioned above.
I am a transport captain myself but I managed to grow in wealth and now I own a few medium transports as well and I also have the support of 2 company employees. My primary goal would be distribution of commodities throughout Sirius and I would like to take an active role in the prized H-Fuel trade. The location of the base would highly aid that purpose.
I and my group will obey all the rules stated in the Legal Code of Kusari. The Base will only allow clearance to our group of transports and vessels with Kusari Authorities and GMG callsigns. The base will never allow clearance to unlawful forces. The base will never be a freeport.
Please inform me about occasional changes in the Legal Code of Kusari as we'd like to upkeep good relations with the people of Kusari.

Anyway. I'd like to register LTS's base, which was already present in Kusari space, and has been for a while. If I remember correctly, our precedent CEO, David Leroy, had taken care of the paperwork at the time. Unfortunately, when he disappeared, he took with him all the old codes and so the access to the old contracts. This mean that I no longer have access to these records, and so I have no idea what was in there, sadly. He smiles briefly. So this is why I would like to present Muroto Trade Center for registration once more.

Gateway is one of the few Bretonian corporations allowed to transit in Kusari space.
The founding of Muroto Trade Center was indeed allowed by the Admiralty.
As for the Gateway and Liberty Trade Shipping vessels that will supply this base, we would require the callsigns of all these ships, unless they all share a common starting tag, like 'LTS|', for example.
If that is so, please indicate us the tag used by the Gateway and the Liberty Trade Shipping supplying fleet.
That said, if your intent is to give the Gateway affiliation to Muroto Trade Center, i'm afraid we will have to ask you to use a KSP or KNF affiliation instead.
While Gateway isn't banned from Kusari, the war with Bretonia is quite recent, and the Kusari population's resentment can be long to appease.
Alternatively, you can also request to use another corporation's affiliation.
