Agent.
A rather urgent matter prompted me to take a look at a long list of KOI personnel, among them you.
It appears you are not just familiar but invested into the Gold Crisis yourself and tried to reach an agreement with outsiders for discreet Gold shipments bypassing the Bretonian blockade.
We have a potential assignment for you. The intensity of the crisis is about to skyrocket if we do not act soon. Through the privileges bestowed upon me by his Imperial Shogun, I am assembling a small wing of forces to depart for Bretonia and aid our newfound partners through strategic advice and opportunistic strikes against the Separatists.
I dislike hiding intentions behind a wall of words like others, so I will be straightforward: You are a top candidate for trust building with the local Armed Forces but also the Separatists and other criminal elements in an attempt to extract vital information for the Empire and by extension the Bretonians. A woman with your abilities and capabilities should have ample means at her disposal to get the job done.
A few pressing questions would be:
How exactly was the Essex group overwhelmed?
How are the Molly Separatists faring with the ongoing blockade? What is their supply situation? Who purchases their Gold?
How is the morale among Bretonia's troops?
Who will take command of the Bretonian counter-offensive?
What is the role of the Corsairs here?
Can the Empire count on you, Agent?

Your findings are correct -- I have been looking into this issue already. Given my curiosity about what transpired in Bretonia in 831 AS, I accept this assignment.

I humbly apologize for the relatively long silence. Gathering information around Dublin is very time-consuming. Both sides are fully engaged in their fight for survival and not exactly talkative towards strangers -- the Mollys are desperately trying to break through the blockade and export their gold in exchange for supplies, and the Bretonia Armed Forces are trying to enable Bretonian mining ships to mine gold to replenish their stocks.
However, I have managed to uncover a few interesting facts so far:
The Cumbria Asteroid Field in the New London system is currently a restricted zone except for ships of Bretonian authorities and corporations. This restriction also applies to uninvolved parties such as Freelancers. Corsair, Molly, and Junker ships have regularly been spotted in the field. Junkers are thus likely one of the main, if not the main, middlemen for gold from the Mollys.
The presence of Corsairs in the Dublin system appears significant. They are responsible for the destruction of the local freeport, the battleship Hood, and it seems they have also brought their battlecruiser into the system while the BAF and Mollys fought over Graves and the jump gate.
The Mollys thoroughly infiltrated their target before attacking Graves Station. Internal sabotages likely increased confusion and disoriented BAF and BMM forces during the initial attack. The Mollys also have their own warship known as Shilelagh, although its specific configuration is unknown. The Mollys have ruled out that it was a captured Bretonian ship, so it may be their design.
Morale among the Mollys remains high, although they cautiously acknowledge the difficulty of their logistical situation.

It seems that the situation in Bretonia has escalated in recent days. I am attaching a brief intelligence report that I managed to obtain from a very forthcoming BAF commander and thanks to a fortunate coincidence in at New London's orbit:
According to the commander of the Dunkirk-class battleship, HMS-Blackwall, Bretonia has apparently established a new mining outpost in the Dublin system. This base is currently under attack by the Mollys and their alleged allies - the Technocracy and the Coalition. Audiovisual data to confirm these claims is currently lacking as I have not recorded any combat footage.
Fleet Captain Sommerville has apparently called for assistance from the Rheinland Military. This information was confirmed by both the present Oder-class gunboat, [RM]KKS-Helle.Wolke, and later by the HMS-Blackwall. It is likely that these light Rheinland expeditionary forces will engage in combat in Dublin.
Under normal circumstances, I would have waited and provided a more extensive report, but the situation seems to be more serious given the presence of Rheinland forces in Bretonia.

Agent.
You are doing well and the information provided nicely complements the data provided by Fleet Captain Sommerville to my desk.
The Bretonians asked us for direct military assistance in similar fashion just hours ago. We are currently evaluating our scale of involvement in this escapade, especially now that you provided us with hearsay information about Coalition and Technocracy involvement. The latter being a fascinating circumstance.
Reroute your efforts into confirming the HMS-Blackwall's statements. Depending on the circumstances, we may meet in New London very soon, Agent.

This evening, I ventured into Dublin in a new, more suitable ship, and managed to confirm all suspicions:
Several Tempest-class capital ships belonging to the Coalition were on site, as well as the Talon's.Embrace.II, a cruiser belonging to the Gaians. A quick conversation between the Mollys and the Gaian warship indicated the existence of some 'virus bombs'.
The Mollys opened a hyperspace tunnel and called in Technocracy warships for assistance. These were not minor forces, but included an Arbiter-class battleship, A/)-ACV-Achlys, and two Hel-class cruisers, A/)-ACV-Cepheus and A/)-ACV-Ixion. These ships engaged the BAF and BMM forces. Interestingly, it appears that the device used to summon the Technocrats was provided by the Technocracy itself.
Evaluation:
I had this suspicion before when they offered us gold shipments to Kusari. The question will be how you handle this information. Simply declaring hostility might force them to similarly cooperate with the Blood Dragons, given that according to recordings, they style themselves as freedom fighters.

I would like to inquire whether the Admiralty and politicians have reached any decision regarding the Technocracy and Task Force Prometheus.
Personally, I believe that labeling them as enemies of our empire is unnecessary for now. What is happening in Dublin is certainly concerning, but it is far from here. Moreover, the situation in Dublin seems to have stabilized, and the gold is flowing back into Kusari. Their opposition to Liberty, however, might make them quite interesting actors in the event that our southern neighbor decides to engage in more severe provocations. The Liberty Rogues, the Xenos, the Junkers, and the Lane Hackers are out of the question for obvious reasons.
This is all under the condition that they strictly avoid any support for our domestic terrorists -- the Golden Chrysanthemums and the Blood Dragons.

Ayakashi.
Much to my displeasure, I must inform you that the Admiralty is no longer discussing this matter after a letter reached my desk explicitly instructing me that the topic of the Technocracy is "a secured affair" already. Its exact contents are not for you to know. I can only assume that our politicians received similar instructions. Should you wish to pry into this further, I can vouch for you and explain you the details face to face some day.
For now, just keep a close eye on the Technocrats, especially these former Insurgents. I do not trust them one bit, opposition to Liberty's actions is easily understood but their motives are illusive and their loyalty not existent. If you have the slightest suspicion that they work together with our enemies, you know what to do.
Concerns regarding the Dublin crisis are the Admiralty's to worry about from here on. My visit to Bretonia was insightful after all.

I'm not sure if your forces have already been informed, but it seems that the Liberty Navy is currently testing a prototype of a new warship, the LNX Akhetaten. I stumbled upon her on 834-07-18 at 1828 standard time in the Magellan system, where she was operating alongside several other warships in operations against the Liberty Rogues. Although my initial scans provided only limited information due to extensive interference caused by the nearby warship formation and the weak scanning capabilities of my available ship, I believe this is sufficient evidence of Liberty Navy’s growing military capabilities. Once I can access a more powerful fighter craft with better sensors and an ECCM suite, I will attempt to locate this ship again and perform a more detailed analysis of her capabilities.
At the moment, her characteristics can be summarized as follows:
Estimated tonnage and power suggest she falls between conventional battlecruisers like the Interdictor or Komainu class and full-sized battleships. Her combat capabilities likely include conventional armaments and a large hangar, already notable in the smaller Interdictor class.
The installed electronics and equipment are of a very high standard, which could indicate the significance of the entire project. The installed cloaking device might be one of the defining features of this class.
Her presence outside of Liberty suggests that the development is in its final testing phase, and the prototype is already refined enough for full military deployment.
Although only one example of this previously unknown class, provisionally codenamed A-class, has been observed so far, her presence on a battlefield outside of Liberty indicates strong confidence in this new class of warship. Therefore, your strategist should consider scenarios where more of these vessels have been deployed in the hypothetical conflict with Liberty.

Ayakashi.
The prototype labelled LNS-Akhetaten is no unknown variable to us, although we lack any proper combat assessments to date. Should you happen to acquire further data in this regard, send them to me immediately. As of now, the Admiralty is not too worried about this new development. House Liberty intensified some of our economic rivalries but there is no military conflict on the horizon. Whilst some corporate executives are all too keen on weakening their rivals in other houses through open hostilities, the Empire is too well-connected and too well informed to grant them such a chance. I'd wager our Libertorian counterparts are well aware of this fact and do not plan to play along to some corporate schemes.
Should new data suggest the development of this class to be groundbreaking, we will adapt our already existing contingency plans accordingly.
