Target Briefing: Targets are wanted for violation of Rheinland sovereignty, threats against military personnel, and attacks on government property. The miner was detected smuggling volatile fuels after refusing to follow lawful orders. The Frigate entered Rheinland space bound from the Liberty border worlds after transmitting threats of terrorism. Profiles indicate the Frigate was poorly flown but is heavily armed and shielded. Law enforcement personnel were assaulted by Red Hessians possibly working in conjunction with them as they attempted to apprehend the suspect. It is assumed they have intimate knowledge of jump hole locations within the Sigmas and may be sheltering in GMG space. The target has consistently refused to acknowledge comms and will likely not recognize a request to surrender. Due to the devious nature of this suspect, a kill-on-sight order has been authorized by fleet command. Any recovered data from the target ships is to be transported to the nearest Rheinland Military installation.
Potential Bonuses: A bonus of up to 100,000 Rheinland Credits will be rewarded per target if killed within the sovereign territory of Rheinland. (New Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dresden, Cologne, Lüneburg.)

So I may have found that lil bastard of yours, problem is this guy ain't exactly a one hundred percent match to the described ships above. I am like, 90% sure this is who you're after, but on the wild chance this is a horrible coincidence I've hesitated to blast this ship on the off chance this is just some putz with a similar name. I am pretty sure this is your guy and he probably has a bunch of alias and a few different identification tags under his belt. I gotta know if us contractors have the O.K. to fire on this target and or targets of a similar name. I know where he loiters if that's the case, and next time it will be shoot on sight.
Intelligence has confirmed this target is likely the posted individual. With that in mind, any collateral damage is solely the responsibility of you and the Bounty Hunters Guild. If you choose to prosecute the target and damage bystanders in the process, you will receive no legal amnesty from the Rheinland Government.
