Assistant Bonus System
Working for Dr. Rhea Novak is not just a privilege, but also earns privileges and boni based on performance. Assistants will receive Experience Points (XP) for successfully performed assigned tasks. Reaching a certain amount of XP will result in achieving a higher level. Higher levels not only qualify an assistant for assignments of a higher tier, but also reward competent and loyal assistants with additional benefits. Suffice to say, higher tier assignments promise a better reward.
Assistants start out at Level 1 and can increase their level up to Level 10.
