Because of 1) and 2), you have given the impression that Freyja is in fact, literally underaged. Let’s start with the basics…
1.- The first picture is of a young adult (over 18+) for such a photo, and some people can look very young. But in the beginning, there were never such issues. Why now?
2.- Yes, I forgot to include it when I was writing it. We are all humans, and when typing my recruitment character, I must be sincere. I was eating at a McDonald’s and just forgot put the age before i send it, i saw nothing wrong, and no one notify me about something missing, but i don't know what is this an issue in first place, i mean, it was an error of a key, not something i did "Deliberately" ...
In light of the recent oversight regarding the year, let’s address the elephant in the room. I’m rectifying the situation and, in the spirit of fairness, I’m applying the inverse of my warning points to Freyja’s age. So, with a +5 points to my tally, that equates to ( (+5) \times (-1) = -5 ), meaning I’ll graciously subtract five years from Freyja’s age. If we were initially considering an age range of 28-33 years, we’re now looking at a sprightly 23-28 years.
Let’s be honest, age is just a number, and I haven’t stumbled upon any rulebook dictating its use—so long as it’s within the bounds of adulthood. But, to keep the peace and as a gesture of goodwill, I’ll concede that Freyja is enjoying her ‘late 20s.’ Are we content now?
3.- No, when my picture was moderated, I actually changed my photo. I left you with the other one, and trust me, it’s not even close to the same cosplay or the same “Character”. While one was based on Illya, the other was based on Irisviel (The mother of Illya). Wanna see it in HD? as you wish dear, ||[PHOTO 1]||||[PHOTO 2]|| THAT IS THE FIRST & SECOND PICTURE I USED IN THEIR BASE FORM, AND I'M SORRY BUT ONE ISN'T THE SAME AS THE OTHER, and you know what, MODERATED AGAIN AND DELETED ... ¬¬ And even they are from an older person and more important, DIFFERENT ONE.
Proofs are like that, not all people at 28-33 years look like them. I am 25 actually and people still ask me for ID if I want to buy a beer (because I look young and my height does not help).
4.- Yeah, when I got confronted in DISCORD, man, I asked for time to change it, and I believe you are not the one who accepted it. How much would it have cost for L1ght and a lot of BDM| in such a conversation telling me “Ok, we will give you some time to look after a picture you like, but please consider changing it because we, the BDM and me "L1ght" a Mod (in that time) that has no power outside Official Channels, dislike it”. And remember, even saying it was GROSS to RP with KPR| because of that. It was their anger because I said “Then tell all those people to telling it me "Not RP with me" and personally I will not be bothering them anyway, but when I will make sure they really feel the Power of Polizei specially when they need it”, man, if you wanna just tell me and i will post the chat done in that moment,
It seems the time has come to share the chat logs, revealing the initial unpleasantries directed at my persona and the veiled threats that followed. Perhaps it’s better to invest time elsewhere rather than engage in forceful banter or mock the situation with one of those ‘recently crafted AI masterpieces’ I’ve dabbled in. A few have caught my eye, admittedly, yet contemplation is key. However, the tone has shifted to a less friendly octave, and echoes of the original discord persist, prompting a strategic retreat from such theatrics. The fervor of some has led to a hasty report, a click born of ire. If role-playing isn’t on our shared agenda, then perusing my posts is optional. Feel free to redirect your attention, dispatch a missive to another KPR—problem solved. As the 1-IC of the Polizei, that "missive" is at my discretion, guided by mood, will and even for what is right and what isn't, deliberately a lot more looking the benefits, pros and cons of Rheinland State. My priorities lie with my people, higher powers, and the halls of Valhalla, not with those who fan the flames, curious to see if I’ll ignite or maintain composure in response.
As a side note i just picked such pictures because i was in the mood to do so, they looked me pretty and perfect for the ocassions, such purple-toned with such beauty as Freyja was indeed gonna be part of a "Powerful Family" and while i was writting his lore, she was indeed a person that study well, Aristocrat style
My other reasons was just to push against how the character will be evolving in and making some changes on such behalf and all of that, as you can see CLEARLY, i did change the picture and i show you the base one and two of such, if you still see the same character maybe you should try to look anything else, because what i saw are clearly just adult cosplayers with a young age, that was all.

I understand your call for civility and productivity in this discussion. I agree that everyone should be allowed to express their thoughts and feedback, as long as it’s done in a respectful manner.
In response to your concerns, I want to clarify a few things.
First, I was not privy to any “evidence” that my character’s picture was deemed threatening. If the admins or mods have such evidence, I would like to see it.
Second, If there’s a report according to the rules, then I would like to see it. If not, then perhaps the act outside official channels could indicate an overstep.
My main intention is to hear thoughts, criticism, and feedback. I clearly expected such behavior when I asked for this. But still, my unanswered questions to the staff remain. Now I can see the views in perspective of mine, and with such, I can try to solve the “Mod/Admin perspective”. So please, let everyone express as they wish. I appreciate your objective opinion and understand your concerns about the aesthetic of the character. As you pointed out, roleplay that aligns closely with the original Freelancer universe lore is ideal and makes the most sense. I agree that it’s important for a character to fit well within the universe and the faction they belong to.
As an “Open World” of “Role-Play”, there are characters with various colors, ideals, and behaviors. After all, should we dictate that “the presented character should be forced to be like this and this”? For instance, consider Freyja. Should we expect her to be only at a desk doing paperwork (which she actually does) and never get out to see how things are and fix problems by her own hand? There may come a time in KPR when you have to get your hands dirty to make an arrest. Do you understand what I mean?
As you may consider, this is my first time getting along with a faction at this level. While you see the “Rheinland-based pages of Roleplays and Backstories” being for more professional or “aimed” people, this time was really different. I had to self-learn how to do Polizei work. While it’s been a nice way for me to learn and have some help with it in speed up such, I believe that currently, in the state I am working for it, the picture is the least of the issues. If you see the recent “Communications and RP done by my character Freyja”, you will find that it has been improving always in every way. But without as many “opportunities as other bigger factions”, you must say the “Learning curve is actually high”.
Still, I have done some high-quality RPs recently, like the Handelsdepot and the AEGIS done with Antonio. The evidence is represented as it is. If you want me to improve, I invite you to do some RP with me and we’ll see where this goes. While I have issues in following some others due to IRL issues, I believe it’s not an impediment to always try before judge.
In the past, I never saw someone with the will to make bureaucracy and RP at such a level. Or have you seen someone bringing some nice ideas like I did with the Dev Antonio with his ship Aegis|CV-Citadel? Trust me, if they start doing it, it will probably be because of me, not because they bring the idea of such a thing.
As said, try RP with Freyja and you will see if it can “Fit” for the Job, but consider my learning curve at such a level and let space to improve.

Either way, it is part of the only feedback I can give regarding the roleplay, but it is admittedly a nitpick.

Let me show: In many law enforcement agencies, including the Polizei (German Police), it’s common for undercover officers or those in sensitive roles to use pseudonyms or code names to protect their identities. This practice helps ensure their safety and the integrity of their operations. However, the specific policies can vary greatly depending on the department, the nature of the work, and local laws and regulations.
Being a "Spirit or Ghost" is usual if we belive he is doing Intelligence for Polizei or doing a Covert operation, but i don't think he is doing wrong with his name, instead is a rare sight seeing such ship in game, as usually he is keeping a very low profile hidding and doing other operations.
So i will be pleased in keep the point of it instead of how the ships are actually being called ... but if you had an issue and assuming you are who i belive you are, why i never received a message of the issue with the pilot, as Direktorin i am in charge of so, nor even Direktor V on BDM registered your ships in the appropiate channels, so, how wanna he behaves to someone is doing "Transponder Jamming" in Rheinland?

Alright but have you tried simply not using twelve year olds as directors of entire branches of a house.
All these text walls do is prove you're willing to die on that hill about "yeah, let me get a middle school girl and behave like it's a mature lass". All this chest beating instead of simply changing a single character picture. All this effort over an absolutely basic, common sense, thing, yet you allowed and still allow it to represent you. If you are indeed so good at High Roleplay, you'll change the picture and move on.
