Ride of the Valkyries Rheinland, New Berlin Combat Event
OVERVIEW
The Buro's strike on Valhalla Shipyard opened Pandora's Box. Omega-58's anomalies, now realigned, have released unimaginable horrors beyond comprehension, with The Wild Hunt having great success in the Omicron Theta system, going as far as forcing The Order into deploying its own assets in the region, and near Omegas, where a bloody conflict has begun between Hessian patrols and supply ships and The Wild Hunt's raiders. Now, however, came the time to strike at Rheinland's heart itself with before-unmatched power and strength.
Chancellor Niemann may indeed be long gone, but his memory and deeds live on and are proudly carried by the Northern Fleet remnants. There shall yet be salvation for Rheinland...

The Wild Hunt will launch a fighter-led probing attack into New Berlin from the Dresden direction. Should it be successful, a second one will contain much more (and greater) forces.
Lawfuls, or unlawfuls, must stop them. It is up to the factions present to balance out the odds... or not, leading to either gaining the upper hand.

This event is meant to be part of a series leading up to a greater presence of The Wild in Rheinland and coincides with the reactivation of new vessels at Kaarst Shipyard. Raids will be posted over this channel with several days notice, with exception being this first one.
Despite some initial setbacks -- with some of the Valkyries prepared to take part in the mission having engine malfunctions and being recalled back to Kaarst Drydock -- the mission was a relative success. For so little spent, The Wild Hunt has gained valuable knowledge on where and how to strike in the capital. Above all, it has also forced a substantial force to be sent from other sectors, playing right into their hands. Satisfied, the Hunt now looks onwards towards Hamburg and the Liberty border...
