Miss Wolfe,
Indeed, it was on my desk. I must say that I was quite tempted to read it from page one to the end to know what's inside of it. I did flip the first pages quickly to see who it was belong to. Although, I saw some words like Handcuffs and leather straps while browsing quickly; perhaps an extra explanation on the matter would be appropriate Madam.
If you want such intimate incidents to be avoided: TIDY UP!
As for the gate code leak, I'll see if the IA Department can come up with something.

Subject: April 16th Raid on Rheinland Supply lines
To whom of right,
Earlier today at about 1945 Manhattan main time, we, Associate Deputy Director Wolfe, Agent Mosby and I, left Liberty for a raid inside Rheinland Territory. Mosby and I departed from Alert station with the two Interdictor Vessel. My vessel has received a brand new Nova torpedo launcher. Our way out of Ellesmere was a tad tedious since the Spatials aren't meant to navigate in such a thick asteroid field. At least, after a lengthy trip through all this mess and Alaska, we finally reached the Texas Jumpgate in New York to form on Wolfe.
From that point, us three headed for Rheinland space through Bering. Once in Rheiland territory, one of our informant told us that he witnessed multiple ships in Omega-7. So we headed in this direction, hoping to find some miners or trade vessels participating in Rheinland' economy. Luckily, our trip ended near the New Berlin Jump gate in Stuttgart where we picked up multiple readings from various ships. One was a Kruger ship which slipped through our net. The others were Freelancer miners and/or transport (more precisely a Firefly and a Small transport) which according to acquired Data, were collaborating closely with the Kruger industry at that moment. Those ships were all carrying Ore while being escorted by a Bounty hunter Gunboat. My systems were damaged during the fights probably, it seems like my box is empty. Wolfe or Mosby may have the recording data intact though
The Small Transport was lucky to flee from us like the Kruger one did by jumping a before us. Although, the Firefly and the gunboat did remain in the area on the other side in NB, claiming that we had no business in Rheinland Territory. Thorough checks shows that both were suffering of the lol syndrome, formally Harris disease. After a few laughs at them from us and some insults exchanged left and right on the subject of us asking them to drop their cargo to stay in one piece, the Firefly finally opened fire on us; the gunboat entered combat shortly after. After a long fight, the trader ship was destroyed. In the end, the gunboat stopped firing onto us. A lengthy exchange of insults and treats from both ships resulted of this battle. The Firefly captain spoke about reporting us and claimed our ID wouldn't allow us to do such activities. Of course we didn't listen to him. The gunboat pursued on the same subject, claiming that he would report us to our superiors which would be me, Deus and Wolfe ironically. He also argued about our ID as well. Which is quite odd since there is nothing written on them except "Liberty security Force pilot" along with some bla bla about minor formalities regarding our identities.
At about the same moment, a reservist Militarr entered the area, inquiring about our presence in the area. After a bit of dialogue, we chose to left the area as the reservist suddenly called for backup on open frequencies. Said ship followed us till we left the New Berlin system. At about the same time, Wolf, who was taking an other route out of New Berlin was being tailed by a Rheinland Militarr pilot. No engagements resulted of this encounter. All three ships left Rheinland Territory in one piece.

Subject: April 18th Raid on Rheinland Supply lines
To whom of right,
At 1640 Leroy and I formed up in the Interdictors and moved from Freeport 2 to Kreuzberg depot in New Berlin to meet with Agent Turtle. Again, several potential targets were found within the Omega-7 system. Once at the depot, all of us moved to the Stuttgart gate and jumped to said system. Once on the other side we found no opposition whatsoever.
We then proceeded to Omega-7, aside some minor pirate disrupting the lanes, the small trip has been pretty much trouble free. Once we jumped in O-7, we scanned the area around us and expanded a bit till we located a Kruger mining ship nearby Elbich mining facility. Said ship docked with the station before anything serious happened. He barely said a greeting than sought refuse inside the facility. We'll catch him an other day.
Soon later we encountered an odd Rheinland military pilot named Hans Eckhard. At about the same moment as he entered the area, some odd phenomenons started to occur. Visions, shivers, odd feelings and more were felt by everyone in the area. It is plausible that such pilot is in fact one of those so called "Wild" but a thorough checks should be made before jumping to any conclusions. Also, readings on the ship were all messed up; systems claimed the ship' weaponry signature was similar to those emitted by nomad equipment. Yet, optical photographs of the vessel showed nothing out of the ordinary for a RM pilot. Perhaps it was a bug, but it could be possible that the readings were exact. Again, the theory of a "Wild" pilot seems plausible.
In the meantime, an other Rheinland Military pilot, Henrik Drum, joined the area. This one however was already known by our intelligence service. We concluded that he was not the source of the disturbances.
After an exchange of words, Eckhard opened fire at the surprise of everyone and destroyed Interdictor-1, Leroy's ship, in the blink of an eye. He then destroyed mine and after three minutes he successfully destroyed Turtle' Avenger. I must say that Eckhard combat capabilities were stunning. Such skills could be logical if said pilot is infected. As for the other RM officer, he joined the battle against us but no one know what happened out of him after the destruction of our vessels. In the aftermath, we were picked up by a freelancer trader and boarded off on Aland shipyard. From there we took the fastest shuttle back to Liberty space.
Here are a gun cam picture and a reading of his energetic signature:
In this battle we lost the two Spatial we acquired from the IMG 2 months ago. Said ships will be replaced by Roc bombers sold on Freeport 2 in Bering. The use of Upholder bombers outside Liberty territories is quite dangerous since its manufacturer issued a recall and a few service bulletins concerning a potential failure of the torpedo launching systems. These issues will be addressed quite soon.

I was on my way back to Liberty, carrying some of the Unioner pilots that had interrupted our flight. I stopped at Huntsville to drop them off.
I then decided to run a short check on Zone 21 and Alaska before ending duty.
Zone 21 was ok, but when I started to check Alaska I quickly ran into an Order Agent, Ensign Chris Leigh. He was flying with cruise and I followed him. His cruise flight led to the NY jumpgate where I stopped him and asked him whether he was lost.
Leigh then asked me permission to enter NY system. I asked him what he wanted there and he told me he couldn't tell me that. He assured me that his presence would not interfere with any Liberty forces or Civilians. Also told me that his mission was in the interest of both our organizations.
I told him I couldn't let him enter NY without official mission that has previously been announced to Liberty authorities, also offered him to inform LSF to eventually take care of his issue. He then tried to dock. Unfortunately I was unable to kill him before he docked.
Don't know how he got the code for the gate, but he had it. I followed him, he knew exactly how to proceed after the jumpgate. He was in full cruise speed and I followed him.
Followed him this way through the whole system, he took a path above level. There was not much I could do at that moment than following him in cruise to check where he went and what he was up to. He told me he was looking for the Ghost.Of.Black.Icarus, an order recon ship.
Later, when analysing the logs I saw that the Ghost.Of.Black.Icarus was trying to lure me away ("LSF James T, Agent Death Hand needs immediate assistance around Norfolk"), but I did not pay attention to that. All sorts of support requests came in which I had to ignore. As usual New York was a mess, with criminals all over the place. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the Navy ships to inform them of the problem, but they all were busy. All I got as reply from [LN]-LNS-Groom.Lake was the advice to shut down the Alaska gate.
I continued to chase Leigh, he finally went out of cruise at Rochester station, right in front of two Outcasts (-Stuka- and ChaosS_TerroR). He openly admitted that he wanted to get rid of me this way.
Fortunately the two Outcasts complained about us showing up there but did not attack. I then ordered Leigh to give up and told him that I won't ask again. I did not want to wait until -Stuka- might make up his mind to attack me.
I engaged Leigh. Later I saw in the log a rather rude request for support by the CBC-22-Iwo.Jima (never heard about that ship before). I was busy fighting Leigh, commented by the two unlawfuls.
The fight did not go too well and after less than three minutes I was out of shield batteries and nanobots. But I did not want to lose the ship, I wanted to see what Leigh was really up to, wanted to follow him. Then I made a wrong decision. I hit the cruise, still flying around Leigh.
When I saw Stukas comments I remembered that that counts as fleeing. I was so mad at me, that I slowly continued to Manhattan without paying much notice to what happened around me.
When I arrived near Manhattan there was fighting going on and the [LN]-LNS-Groom.Lake told me to dock. I slowly docked and then told them that I had left Order Agent Leigh near Rochester and that he had been looking for the Ghost.Of.Black.Icarus.
Later I saw in the logs that a guy called Patterson on the CBC-22-Iwo.Jima got very emotional, obviously thinking that my top priority would be to assist any untagged ship that asked me to (probably thought I was Navy).
// log analysis showed me that I stumbled into an RP involving at least Leigh, the Ghost.Of.Black.Icarus and the CBC-22-Iwo.Jima (J. Patterson)
I hope it still was fun

Subject: Rouge LSF vessels in Bretonia
Dear directors,
dear agents,
yesterday I've benn informed about three vessels - by this time refered as Nay vessels - flying in Bretonian territory. I was on border patrol duty and established a long range com link to the active officer on duty of the BAF, at this time Commodore Jack Frost. After I gave him a heads up on the situation I requested permission to enter Bretonia to deal with those vessels and guide them back hime to Liberty.
The Commodre granted me the proper permission and so I was heading out to Manchaster while I was still in contact with the BAF.
During my flight from New York to California the Commodore picked up the transponder signatures of the vessels in Leeds and stopped them right after it.
While he was guiding the vessels - 2 LSF secondary fleet and one Freelancer affilated with the LSF agents - back to Liberty space via Manchaster where I picked them.
Right after we were in Cortez and no other ship on scanners I questioned the LSF pilots what they were doing in Bretonia and one of them answered me they were going to Gallia.
I made clear that no vessels leave Liberty without proper permission by the LSF HQ given by the directors of Liberty Security Force.
All three vessels have been brought home into Liberty space (New York) where they continued with their patrol duty.
Due to a little system failure I was not able to scan that Freelancer vessel so the only read outs I've got are the linked data of the LSF vessels.
The vessels caught in their attempt to leave their ZOI are named the following:
[_Miicro-Ice_]
[-darkstar-]
genesis
I would like to admit that all agents should keep an eye on them if they'll attempt again to cross our borders without proper permission so we can deal with them before there are any problems with other foreign governments or even more worse situations like we already had with a group of rouge Liberty Navy vessels.

Retransmitting internal news article
After an agreement with Fleet Admiral Hale of the Liberty Navy, Director Copperfield has been able to appoint a Navy Dreadnought, the Tyrannical, to serve temporarily under LSF command for a period of 3 months. The contract terms are open to re-evaluation at any time to extend the appointment period.
Said ship may be involved in operations within the Kansas system and the Omicrons. It will act as a support ship to refuel LSF fighters and R&D ships.

It's about time you shown your ugly face around here Radcyffe. A lot has changed in your absence, you will notice I am on the high command now so I won't tolerate your usual back chat to me. Now get your sorry ass to Alert Station and report for duty. That is all.
