Comments: Commander Jack Malrone
I first came across this smuggler in Ontario, where he brazenly landed on the Fort after I'd caught him with Counterfeit Software. He thought he could bribe me with some drinks aboard the Fort, but after I shot that idea down in flames, he soon disappeared with no trace. He also seems to keep his ship in the poorest of conditions - The two times I've come across the suspect, the ship has been on fire.
One further note, Commodore Robinson has also caught this suspect smuggling illegal goods.
Comments: Lieutenant Jack Will
The pilot that flies under the alias The.Good.Pain, is a pain indeed. He or she, can not be quite sure, can portray itself as a common citizen, don't be fooled. The.Good.Pain is very wise with words, it can make someone believe anything that it says, but don't.
Its skills in the cockpit are also quite impressive while in command of its ship. He has a cunning ability to seem to be in one place but than in another and then, boom. This Xeno's skills can be overcome by a pilot with his wits about him, so do not worry.
He often flys in packs of more xenos but sometime found alone. If he is not with other Xenos he can often be found in the Pennsylvania system saying he found work as a minner escort, dont believe him.
Destruction of Government property - Fifteen counts
Piracy - Seventeen counts
Ship(s) Piloted:
Sabre (Borderworlds VHF)
Broadsword (Lane Hacker bomber)
Pirate Transport
Hacker Gunship
Fines Owing:N/A
Comments: Commander Jack Malrone Phate, his callsign is synonymous with hacking and pirating within Liberty and her border systems. Very clever and cunning, officers are strongly advised to call for backup on this target. Commonly seen with other known Hackers, such as Moriarty and Mr Mr.Sanguinetti, they slip in and out of Liberty, being seen only when they want and pirating as they go.
He seems highly skilled in any type of craft he's piloting, but is mostly seen in a Sabre. Only highly trained officers are advised to go up against this man in combat - You've got a deathwish otherwise.
Although the command structure of the Lane Hackers isn't quite known, he seems to have a commanding presence whilst amongst Hackers, suggesting he is of a high rank within their hierarchy.
Destruction of Government property - Twenty counts
Piracy - Twenty Two counts
Illegally entering Zone-21 - One count
Ship(s) Piloted: Tridente (Outcast gunboat)
Fines Owing:N/A
Comments: Commander Jack Malrone Always piloting a Tridente, her engines have been somehow modified to glow a distinctive blue colour. Unfortunately, by the time a pilot has seen the colour of her engines, its much too late. Seen regularly pirating in California and New York, this criminal is only to be approached with a small lawful armada behind you.
On a few occasions, Blue.Raven has successfully destroyed my Upholder and obliterated the Indiana. Be.Good.At.It is a known pirating partner of this criminal - They're extremely dangerous individually, however, together they are damn near unstoppable. Gunboats, Cruisers and even Dreadnoughts have fallen at the brute force of this duo, with each gunboat being heavily armoured.
If piracy and murder weren't enough, I personally, have seen Blue.Raven exit Zone-21. Evading my fire until she got clear of the zone, she came back with a vengeance and decimated the Indiana. Its unknown whether or not she hacked any classified data within the zone - It seems more likely she did it to test our security.
Destruction of Government property - Sixteen counts
Ship(s) Piloted: Rogue Gunboat
Fines Owing:N/A
Comments: Commander Jack Malrone
Personally, I've only seen this ship on a couple of occasions - Heavily armoured and skillfully piloted on both occasions. Its captain seems quite confident with the ability of his ship, taking down any resistance with relative ease.
This gunboat is most likely piloted by the higher ranking members of the Liberty Rogues, so the ship is always well piloted. Officers are advised to approach this target with caution, as there's likely to be more Rogues lurking around to defend this gunboat.
Comments: Commander Jack Malrone
I've heard of this Hacker only through reputation with other Hackers, such as Phate. He's classed to be a high priority target due to his streak of hacking and pirating within Liberty.
Destruction of Government property - Twenty Five counts
Acts of Terrorism - Twelve counts
Ship(s) Piloted: Liberty Gunboat
Fines Owing:N/A
Comments: Commander Jack Malrone
Despite having an excellent taste in ships, the people who pilot this ship leave a sour sting in your mouth after you've encountered them. Of course, a sour taste is the least of your problems if they start firing - Xenos have a quick temper and they seem to defend this gunboat fiercely.
All officers are to exercise extreme caution if they spot this vessel, as their ship will most likely become the gunboat's next target.
Destruction of Government property - Twenty Seven counts
Acts of terrorism - Twenty three counts
Ship(s) Piloted:
Roc (Civilian bomber)
Eagle (Civilian VHF)
Fines Owing:N/A

Tending to move with a Xeno pack, Coachwhip is considered to be well armed and has the "gift of the gab", so to speak. Be mindful of what you say with this Xeno, as he'll turn it back on you, sometimes leaving an officer lost for words.
His clever antics are backed up by a strong resolve - Taking a commanding presence in whatever Xeno gang he's got going, leading them into tactical strikes against Liberty.
