It would appear you have either successfully replicated or captured a stock of the so-called "Rage" torpedo launcher employed by our dear dissidents. According to field reports, this weapon has proven rather damaging.

To that end, the Military would like to procure 2 instances of it for testing at our firing range. Copies of any tests your organization may have run with the weapons would also be appreciated. If our own tests are successful, there may be interest in procuring further samples of the weapon and a steady supply of torpedoes and spare parts. Though the cost per unit is concerning and we would require continuous supply.

The military has no issue procuring funding for the current order, we simply require details and information on delivery to ensure it arrives successfully. If you have concerns about security or discretion, we are fully capable of meeting them. The delivery would ideally be made directly to our installation in Lüneburg, though military logistics vessels are capable of meeting you further ahead, provided it is in space we are permitted in (Bretonia, Gallia, Rheinland). Any other concerns should be forwarded as well.

Cursory examinations of our previous order have given us confidence that your organization can be trusted.

Combat experience from our recent Special Military Operation in the Dublin system has shown that while our Vierling cannons perform well against enemy gunboats, they are not as optimized against snub craft. This has been corroborated by data analyzed from the Dresden campaign. As a result, we are looking to equip our counter-terrorism units with a weapon more optimized for fighting the irregular snub forces employed by our enemies.

Current interest has been drawn to two models. The first being the Firstlight sold by the Bounty Hunters Guild. The other is the STALACTITE series you offer, which appears to offer higher damage. We have already procured test models of the prior, but we require 4 samples of your STALACTITE for our testing. If we are satisfied with the results, we may procure further samples to equip our counter-terrorism units. However, we would require a guarantee of supply and basic maintenance plans for the weapon type.

The delivery is to be made in the same manner as prior, though we will require a more discrete rendezvous point. We will also be tightening security, we advise you send trusted personnel to make this delivery. We await further details, payment will be sent upon delivery.
