Our bags are manufactured using Polyethylene, also known as PE. This is the most popular plastic in the world. It’s the same material used to make grocery bags, shampoo bottles, children’s toys, and more.

Our bags are constructed using The Melt Blowing Method. This is a conventional fabrication method of micro- and nanofibers where the polyethylene is melted and then sprayed through small nozzles. The randomly deposited fibers form a cloth-like sheet which is perfect for filtration, apparels and more. The benefits of melt blowing are simplicity and chemical-free construction. The ends and sides are sealed using only heat to avoid the use of harmful adhesives.

These filters should be replaced at least once a year, or whenever the filter change indicator alerts you, located on the handle of the hose.
